DAY 1 (29th December 2022) – Flight and Dinner
There wasn’t much we could do on the first day, since our arrival time in Chiangmai was supposed to be 3:30pm local time. We met at the airport for the check in formalities… and some photos, of course.

Our rented van was already waiting at the airport when we arrived, and our driver duly took us to the AirBnb that we booked at Suk Kasame Soi 4, which is located near the Nimman Road, from which, we could walk to many of the famous eating destinations. The house had 5 rooms and many beds, big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. We unpacked and settled in a little before heading out to the famous Kao Soy Nimman Restaurant.

There was a long queue outside the restaurant, which should be expected, since it was the holiday season and this place was one of the top choices for food. Thankfully it wasn’t too long before we were ushered to a table. By then we had viewed the menu and already decided what we wanted to sample and ordered the food.
